Ingredients:
SAUCE
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash salt
QUESADILLAS
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 Roasted Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or Thighs (I used thighs)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions:
Roast chicken Breast, Allow to cool, & Dice:

* Place chicken on baking sheet
* Drizzle with Olive Oil and Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning (instead of this you could use poultry seasoning or just salt and pepper)
* Bake 350 20 to 25 Min's or until juices run clear

- Spread sauce on tortilla's
- Sprinkle with cheese's & Add Chicken
- Cook in a hot skillet or hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray
- Fold in have and toast both sides! Serve with a little more sauce on top if you prefer!
