Buffalo Chicken Pizza




Ingredients:

  • 1 Pizza Crust
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 3 1/2 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese(Shredded)
  • 1 Small Bottle hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter (I use Light Country Crock or ICBINB)
  • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


Directions:

  1. Mix together Butter and Hot sauce*Not hot enough simply add more hot sauce*
  2. Dice Chicken and Mix in McCormick Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper
  3. Put in a non stick skillet with just a drizzle of Olive oil or a little butter will do.
  4. When just turned white about 3 Min's, Pour in Butter mixture, Turn to medium low, Cover & Cook for about 7-10 Min's.
  5. Spread out homemade crust or use pre-made crust.
  6. Put half the cheese on the crust, The chicken and Sauce mixture, Then other half of the cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 for 10-15 Min's till Cheese is lightly browned and Bottom of the crust is crispy and browned.
