Ingredients:
- 1 Pizza Crust
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 3 1/2 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese(Shredded)
- 1 Small Bottle hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter (I use Light Country Crock or ICBINB)
- 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Mix together Butter and Hot sauce*Not hot enough simply add more hot sauce*
- Dice Chicken and Mix in McCormick Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper
- Put in a non stick skillet with just a drizzle of Olive oil or a little butter will do.
- When just turned white about 3 Min's, Pour in Butter mixture, Turn to medium low, Cover & Cook for about 7-10 Min's.
- Spread out homemade crust or use pre-made crust.
- Put half the cheese on the crust, The chicken and Sauce mixture, Then other half of the cheese.
- Bake at 400 for 10-15 Min's till Cheese is lightly browned and Bottom of the crust is crispy and browned.
