Simple Chicken Fried Rice
{Serves 4 to 6}
Ingredients:
- 1/2 to 1lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
- Seasonings (of your choice, I used salt, pepper, and some rotisserie chicken seasoning)
- Oil (Just enough to brown chicken)
- 2 packages of Knorr Asian Sides Chicken Fried Rice
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 + 2 tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Cut chicken in bit sized pieces. Season. And brown in a little oil. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In a pot combine chicken fried rice packages, peas and carrots, soy sauce, water, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce to low. Cover and cook 7 minutes.
- Add chicken. Cook 2 more mins. And your done! ENJOY!!
