Cheese Stuffed Garlic Biscuits

I thought of this one night out of the blue and decided to give it a try.  Its Delicious and goes great with so many different things. Very simple and fast. Instead using the string cheese you could use any type of block cheese cute to the desired amount. This is great with monetary jack cheese which is my favorite. Thanks for stopping by I hope you enjoy :D!

Cheese Stuffed Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 count) Can Refrigerated Biscuits; I used Grand Home-style
  • 4 to 8 String Cheese, I used light
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter; I used light also
  • 1 large clove of garlic; Crushed

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Prepare some garlic butter by melting butter in a small sauce pan. Add 1 large clove crushed garlic and let sit on low until you do steps 2 thru 5.
  3. Flatten Biscuits just a little.
  4. Cut Cheese in half.
  5. Place ½ or 1 whole string cheese in the middle of the biscuit. I used 1 whole one. I cut it in half and lay them side by side.
  6. Form the biscuit around the cheese. Make sure to pinch the seams really well.
  7. Place them seam side down on a cookie sheet. Brush with garlic butter and bake at 350 for 13-16mins or until browned. When they come out brush with the remaining garlic butter if you would like :)
